abstract The invention relates to the creation of a solid dosage form of phenylpyracetam (N-carbamoylmethyl-4-phenyl-2-pyrrolidone) with immediate release, which includes a core containing phenylpyracetam and pharmaceutically acceptable excipients, and a film coating. The invention also provides a method for manufacturing a dosage form. Dosage form of the invention is characterized by a good dissolution profile of the tablet with optimal bioavailability, mechanical strength and stability during storage of the finished dosage form. The proposed method of manufacturing the dosage form provides optimization of its production process due to wet granulation technology, which allows to obtain granules with good fluidity and compressibility, resulting in improved homogeneity and fluidity of the powder mixture, compressibility of the mixture of auxiliary and active substances necessary for the tableting process.
