titleOfInvention ANTI-IMPROVAL MEDIA
abstract The invention relates to the field of pharmacology and can be used in the pharmaceutical industry and in medicine. Sodium naproxen granules obtained by wet granulation using ethanol are mixed with sumatriptan succinate granules and pharmaceutically acceptable auxiliary substances to form a pharmaceutical composition for treating migraine. A solid dosage form for the treatment of migraine is obtained from a pharmaceutical composition containing a mixture of sodium naproxen granules and sumatriptan succinate granules. A method of treating migraine with a solid dosage form involves administering to the patient an effective dose of the indicated dosage form. The use of the invention allows to simplify the technology of obtaining the combined drug sumatriptan succinate and naproxen sodium, which has good solubility.
