A new kind of chocolate mass is proposed, the glycemic index (GI) of which is below 29 (GI <29), the content of added sugars in which includes at least 10% galactose and which additionally contains isomaltulose and / or tagatose. In addition, the chocolate mass contains vitamin E in the form of a mixture of tocotrienols-tocopherols from natural sources, and the content of tocotrienols in the chocolate mass exceeds the content of tocopherols. |
