titleOfInvention | EXTERNAL MEANS FOR THE TREATMENT OF DISEASES OF THE JOINTS AND SOFT TISSUES |
abstract | The invention relates to the field of medicine and the pharmaceutical industry, namely to transdermal preparations for the treatment of diseases of the joints and soft tissues that use non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs as active ingredients. Declared an external agent for the treatment of diseases of the joints and soft tissues, containing a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agent (NSAID) and a pharmaceutically acceptable basis. While the pharmaceutically acceptable base is a mixture of water, trometamol and N-methylpyrrolidone, and the non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agent is in the form of a true solution with the components of the base. The NSAID is selected from the group containing oxycams or coxibs, preferably meloxicam. The invention allows to expand the Arsenal of the means used and to obtain an external agent for the treatment of diseases of the joints and soft tissues, which is highly stable, providing a high degree of transdermal penetration of the active component. |
