The problem is solved by introducing into the solid dosage form additional minerals, as well as through the use of carbon isotopes and nitrogen. The technical results of the invention are to increase the therapeutic effect (decrease in body weight or decrease in the rate of weight gain) while maintaining the duration of action without increasing the concentration of sibutramine hydrochloride monohydrate in the treatment and / or prevention of obesity; reducing the time of onset of therapeutic effect.
