titleOfInvention BIOLOGICAL ACTIVE POLYMER MEDICAL COMPOSITION (OPTIONS)
abstract Biologically active polymeric medical composition (variants) refers to medicine, namely to medical materials with a pronounced therapeutic effect, intended for the deposit and delivery of drugs, as coatings for medical devices, independent film products, matrix for cell cultivation, etc. In the biologically active polymeric medical composition of embodiment 1, comprising a copolymer of 3-hydroxybutyrate and 3-hydroxyvalerate (3-PHB / 3-PGV) and at least one biologically active substance and solvent, the new is that it contains a biologically active substance selected from the group of antibiotics consisting of gentamicin, thienam, rifampicin, vancomycin or nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, in the following ratio of components, wt.%: 3-PHB / 3-PGV copolymer - 1-6; biologically active substance - 1-5; the solvent is the rest. And also the fact that the group of nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs consists of meloxicam, diclofenac, ibuprofen and indomethacin. And also the fact that the solvent is dichloromethane or chloroform. And also the fact that it is made in the form of a film or membrane. For option 2, it contains a biologically active substance selected from the group of antibiotics or nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, and additionally contains a surfactant in the following ratio of components, wt.%: 3-PHB / 3-PGV copolymer - 1-6; biologically active substance - 1-5; surfactant - 0.5-1; the solvent is the rest. And also the fact that polyvinyl alcohol is used as a surfactant, or
