titleOfInvention METHOD OF RENDERING ASSISTANCE WITH INSECTIC ALLERGY
abstract The invention relates to medicine, namely to providing emergency self-help in allergic reactions caused by insect bites. The increased therapeutic efficacy of the method and the rapid relief of an allergic reaction are achieved by the fact that, according to the invention, after the bite, adrenaline or norepinephrine is put under the tongue in the method of emergency care for insect allergies, including taking an antihistamine drug and processing the bite site 2-1.0 mg of epinephrine or 0.5-2.0 mg of norepinephrine, the bite is cut off with a 0.1% solution of epinephrine at a dose of 0.3-0.5 ml and is taken orally by an antihistamine. After piercing the bite site with adrenaline, a cold compress is applied to it. Place the bite ointment containing a corticosteroid drug. Zetrinal is used as an antihistamine in the amount of 2-10 mg, or loratadine in the amount of 2-10 mg, or ketotifen in the amount of 1-2 mg, or suprastin in the amount of 5-25 mg, or clemastine in the amount of 1-2 mg, or diazolin in the amount of 0.05-0.3 g. Additionally, take a tablet of aminophylline and a tablet of a corticosteroid preparation. When eye swelling occurs, dinaf drips into the eyes and / or eyelids are smeared with hydrocortisone ointment. 4-8 mg of dexamethasone or 30-60 mg of prednisolone are administered intravenously or intramuscularly. When edema of the nasal mucosa occurs, nasal drops are dropped into the nose and smeared with an ointment containing a corticosteroid.
