titleOfInvention METHOD OF TREATMENT OF THE GENERAL ALLERGIC REACTION
abstract The invention relates to medicine, namely to allergology, and can be used to treat a common allergic reaction. Improving the effectiveness of treatment and reducing its morbidity is achieved by the fact that in the method of treating a general allergic reaction, including the administration of antihistamine medicines, according to the invention, adrenaline is injected subcutaneously in the shoulder in an amount of 0.3-0.5 ml of 0.1% solution and treated larynx solution containing 0.2-1.0 mg of epinephrine or 0.5-2.0 mg of norepinephrine, and then dexamethasone is administered intramuscularly or intravenously in an amount of 1.0-2.0 ml. Additionally, Dimedrol or Tavegil is introduced in the amount of 1.0-2.0 ml. Under the tongue put 0.2-1.0 mg of adrenaline or 0.5-2.0 mg of norepinephrine, and then 2.0-10.0 mg of a corticosteroid preparation. An antihistamine is used, in which zetrinal is used in an amount of 2-10 mg, or loratadine in an amount of 2-10 mg, or ketotifen in an amount of 1-2 mg, or suprastin in an amount of 5-25 mg, or clemastin in an amount of 1-2 mg, or diazolin in the amount of 0.05-0.3 g. Topically applied corticosteroid ointment. When eye edema occurs, dinaf drips into the eyes and smears the eyelids topically with corticosteroid ointment. When edema of the nasal mucosa occurs, nasal drops drip into the nose and lubricate the nasal mucosa with corticosteroid ointment. Additionally, 4-8 mg of dexamethasone or 30-60 mg of prednisolone are administered intravenously or intramuscularly, and if a broncho-obstructive syndrome occurs, 0.24 g of aminophylline is injected intravenously and ventolin is inhaled.
