titleOfInvention VACCINE FOR SPECIFIC PREVENTION OF FLU
abstract The invention relates to the field of medicine and can be used in vaccination. A vaccine for the prevention of influenza is proposed, which is a mixture of surface and internal antigens of influenza viruses of types A and B, obtained by splitting purified virions with a detergent octylglucoside, in which surface antigens are presented in the form of 100-150 nm virosome, including its own viral phospholipids internal antigens are presented as micelles, with a ratio of hemagglutinin to internal antigens of 1: (0.5-2.5) and a ratio of hemagglutinin to viral phospholipids 1: (2-4), and having a coefficient n preventive efficacy of at least 75% and an efficiency index of 6.5 to 8.5. The technical results of the invention are the creation of a vaccine for the prevention of influenza with high immunogenicity, protective activity and low reactogenicity, as well as expanding the Arsenal of influenza vaccines through the use of new methods of cleaning and stabilizing antigens.
