abstract | The invention relates to the detection of heroin and morphine in illicit drug samples, as well as for their separation. Prepare a liquid sample obtained from the withdrawn sample, and divide it into two equal aliquot samples, one sample being the control and the other the main one. Both samples are treated with hydrochloric acid and sodium hydroxide, which are injected into samples with different sequences. Then measure the SFR of the control sample. Next, detect the presence of a specific spectral sample of morphine in the measured SFR of the control sample and record the intensity of the SFO at a particular spectral point (reference value). After 15 minutes of acidification of the main sample, similar measurements and the detection of morphine in the main sample are carried out. |
