The invention relates to antagonists of serotonin 5-HT receptors - substituted 2-alkylamino-3-arylsulfonyl-cycloalkano [e or d] pyrazolo [1,5-a] pyrimidines, pharmaceutical principles and pharmaceutical compositions containing pharmaceutical principles in the form of these compounds, and to new medicines and a method for treating and preventing the development of various diseases of the central nervous system. 2-alkylamino-3-arylsulfonylcycloalkano [e] pyrazolo [1,5-a] pyrimidines of the general formula 1 and 2-alkylamino-3-arylsulfonylcycloalkano [d] pyrazolo [1,5-a] pyrimidines of the general formula 2 are proposed, where R represents a hydrogen atom or C-C1-6alkyl; R 1 is C 1-6 alkyl; R represents a hydrogen atom, one or two optionally identical halogen atoms, C-C1-6 alkyl or optionally substituted C-C1-6 hydroxyl; n is an integer of 1, 2 or 3. |
