titleOfInvention PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION BASED ON HEPATOPROTECTOR AND PREBIOTIC, OBTAINING AND APPLICATION
abstract The invention relates to medicine, hepatology and pharmacology and can be used to obtain and use a pharmaceutical composition based on hepatoprotector and prebiotic for the treatment and prevention of liver diseases caused by impaired lipid-cholesterol metabolism, and selected from the group: cholelithiasis mainly with cholesterol stones, alcoholic and nonalcoholic steatohepatitis, biliary cirrhosis, gall bladder cholesterosis, drug and toxic liver damage. The pharmaceutical composition is intended for oral administration and includes, as an active principle, a hepatoprotector and a prebiotic taken in therapeutically effective doses. This invention helps to restore liver function in the shortest possible time and prevent relapse of the disease due to the restoration of cholesterol metabolism and intestinal biocenosis due to the synergistic interaction of hepatoprector and prebiotic, which also leads to the prevention of side effects of the hepatoprotector.
