titleOfInvention | PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION OF PROLONGED ACTION WITH NEUROLEPTIC ACTIVITY |
abstract | The invention is intended for the treatment of acute and chronic forms of schizophrenia, manic states, manic-depressive psychosis, sleep disorders, various psychotic states, including those resistant to therapy. This technical result is achieved by the fact that the pharmaceutical composition of prolonged action with neuroleptic activity contains a bioactive component, a biodegradable polymer, an osmotically active component and a crosslinking agent in a certain ratio. As a bioactive component, the composition includes a dibenzodiazepine derivative. Biodegradable Polymer polyvinyl alcohol, methylcellulose, sodium carboxymethylcellulose, polysaccharides, hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, hyaluronic acid, gelatin, collagen, their copolymers and their combination nations. A surfactant component selected from the group consisting of polyvinyl alcohol, glitserilpalmitat, glyceryl stearate, triethylcitrate, ethyl lactate, polyethylene glycol, polyvinylpyrrolidone, Pluronic F68, oleic acid, calcium stearate, calcium palmitate, sodium stearate, dextran, starch. The osmotically active component is selected from the group comprising urea, mannitol, dimethyl sulfoxide, monocarboxylic ester, dicarboxylic ester, ester |
