titleOfInvention MEDICAL POLYMER ADHESIVE
abstract Medical polymer adhesive refers to the biocompatible adhesive materials used in the field of medicine, namely to adhesive substances used, in particular, for surgery. The proposed adhesive is a latex-based polymer composition and represents a new generation of fabric adhesives. The technical result consists in obtaining such adhesive properties as high adhesiveness to living tissue, biocompatibility, hydrophilicity, bactericidal and hemostatic properties, high tightness of anastomoses and surgical sutures during abdominal operations, pneumatic, cholera and hemostasis, increased ability to perform organ-preserving operations, non-toxicity and the absence of a carcinogenic effect, preservation of properties during sterilization and storage, ease of manufacture of the composition, ease of its use, non-deficiency of the original mat episodes. The task is solved in the new composition of the medical polymer adhesive, made on a latex basis, including a viscosity regulator and acidity regulator, providing a pH value in the range of 7.0-7.8, with the content of components: aqueous suspension of butyl acrylate acrylonitrile latex with a content of at least 30% dry matter in the glue mass, acidity regulator - an effective amount of one or several substances that are components of physiological buffer systems, and viscosity regulator - a sufficient amount at least one biocompatible agent. The adhesive may additionally contain a viscosity regulator in the form of polyvinyl alcohol, as well as medicinal additives.
