titleOfInvention PIRIMIDINILSULFONAMIDNYE COMPOUND (VARIANTS) AND A METHOD FOR PRODUCING COMPOUNDS PIRIMIDINILSULFONAMIDNYH (VARIANTS) PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITION, METHOD treating diseases mediated integrin α4, METHOD FOR REDUCTION AND / OR PREVENTION OF INFLAMMATORY DISEASES OR COMPONENT autoimunnyj RESPONSE
abstract The present invention provides pyrimidinyl sulfonamide compounds binding to VLA-4. Some of these compounds also inhibit leukocyte adhesion and, in particular, leukocyte adhesion mediated by VLA-4. The proposed compounds are effective in the treatment of inflammatory diseases in humans or animals, such as asthma, Alzheimer's disease, atherosclerosis, AIDS dementia, diabetes, inflammatory bowel disease, Crohn's disease, rheumatoid arthritis, tissue transplantation, tumor metastases and myocardial ischemia. The compounds of the present invention can also be used to treat inflammatory brain diseases such as multiple sclerosis.
