titleOfInvention DANSYL HYDRAZIDE 24-EPIKASTASTERONE AS A SWAGGED ANTIGEN FOR IMMUNOCHEMICAL ANALYSIS OF (24R) -METHYL BRASINOSTEROIDS
abstract The invention relates to the field of immunochemical analysis of phytohormones of brassinosteroids, namely to a new chemical compound - dansyl hydrazide 24-epicastasterone. The present invention is a 24-epicastasterone conjugate with dansylhydrazine, which can be used as a labeled antigen in an immunofluorescent determination of (24R) -methylbrasinosteroids. This goal is achieved by the claimed conjugate 24-epicastasterone with dansylhydrazine, which is obtained by the interaction of 24-epicastasterone in a mixture of dimethylformamide and acetic acid with dansylrazine and the subsequent selection of the target conjugate by the method of column chromatography.
