The invention relates to a composition containing nanoparticles containing a platelet aggregation inhibitor and at least one surface stabilizer. The nanoparticles contained in the composition have an average effective size of approximately 2000 nm. The invention also relates to a composition releasing a platelet aggregation inhibitor or nanoparticles containing it, in a continuous or pulsating mode. |
