abstract The invention relates to medicine, in particular to pharmaceutical preparations for the treatment of colds. A composition for oral administration has been developed, which quickly and effectively helps to relieve the symptoms of the disease and in the treatment of which no complications arise after the illness. The complex preparation contains in its composition from three to six components that are active in the fight against cold symptoms. In the inventive tool includes paracetamol, succinic acid, phenylephrine, ascorbic acid, rutin, a pharmaceutically acceptable calcium salt in various combinations. Combining the preparations in the composition, they created ready-made medicines in the form of tablets, capsules, powder for hot drinking ("sachet"), which are technologically effective for production by an industrial method, have high stability.
