titleOfInvention METHOD OF EFFECTIVE OBTAINING AROMATIC POLYCARBONATE
abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a method that makes it possible to produce an aromatic polycarbonate having a high quality and a high level of performance (which is colorless and has excellent mechanical properties) from a molten aromatic polycarbonate prepolymer obtained from an aromatic dihydroxy compound and a diaryl carbonate, where the polycarbonate can be Stably produced on an industrial scale at a capacity ranging from 1 to 50 t / h for a long time without the need for a large amount of inert gas. In the present invention, this problem is solved by using a method for producing an aromatic polycarbonate in a melt transesterification process, in which a prepolymer absorbs a certain amount of an inert gas followed by polymerization using a down-flow guide-spray polymerization device characterized by the specified features, due to which, with a productivity of range from 1 to 50 t / h for a long time (lasting more than several thousand hours, for example, up to 5000 hours) on an industrial scale, it will be possible to stably obtain the aforementioned aromatic polycarbonate, demonstrating high quality and high level of performance, without fluctuating its molecular masses.
