abstract The application describes a method of in vitro analysis of a sample taken from a mammalian organism in connection with cardiovascular diseases, which consists in the following steps: a) bone marrow precursor cells (BMPs) are isolated using specific markers on the cell surface and / or hemocyte precursor cells (BDP) in the bloodstream and b) determine the cardiovascular functional capacity of the isolated BMP and / or BDP using a suitable migration analysis. The method proposed in the invention can be put into practice using a kit for the diagnosis and / or prediction of cardiovascular diseases, for monitoring their therapeutic treatment and / or for stratification for the planned cell therapy using stem cells and / or progenitor cells with the aim of increase perfusion of ischemic tissue or to restore damaged tissue (for example, with heart failure), respectively. The application also describes a method for in vitro isolation of specific progenitor cells from bone marrow using suitable migration analysis. According to the invention, these BMP and / or BDP can be used to treat cardiovascular diseases selected from the group consisting of stable coronary heart disease, acute coronary syndrome, acute myocardial infarction, chronic ischemic cardiomyopathy (ICMP), dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM) or other causes heart failure.
