titleOfInvention METHOD FOR OBTAINING A BIOLOGICALLY ACTIVE SUBSTANCE
abstract A new method of obtaining a biologically active substance of a specific action from plant materials for the prevention and treatment of pathological conditions is proposed, in which the green parts of wild grasses of the family Gramineae of the genus Calamagrostis Adans and the genus Deschampsia Beauv are used as plant raw materials, which are harvested after the stems have been steeped and until the end flowering spikelets, dried them separately until the moisture content of 8-20% and mixed with the following ratio of components: Calamagrostis Adans - 80-20 wt.%, Deschampsia Beauv - 20-80 wt.%, and then produce a liquid Kie water-soluble fractions from plant materials by extracting them with ethyl alcohol at a mass ratio of raw materials to alcohol as 1: 1-1: 10 with simultaneous periodic monitoring of the mass of the dry residue and when this indicator reaches a value of 0.5-1.5%, extraction stop and clean the rare fractions from solid impurities by filtering them through a large-pore filter to obtain the final product. At the same time, the selection of liquid water-soluble fractions from plant materials is carried out with 90-99.8% ethyl alcohol by the method of maceration and / or re-treatment at a temperature of 18-47 ° C. The international application was published together with an international search report.
