titleOfInvention DERIVATIVES OF 1-ALKYL-1-AZONIABICYCLO [2.2.2] OCTANE DERIVATIVES AND THEIR APPLICATION AS ANTAGONISTS OF MUSCARINE RECEPTOR
abstract Carbamate of the general formula (I), where R1, R2 and R3 are H, OH, NO, SH, CN, F, Cl, Br, I, COOH, CONH, (CC) -alkoxycarbonyl, (CC) alkylsulfanyl, (CC - alkylsulfonyl, (CC) -alkylsulfonyl, (CC) -alkoxy, optionally substituted with one or more F atoms, and (CC) -alkyl, optionally substituted with one or more F or OH atoms; R5 is cycloalkyl, phenyl, heteroaryl, or a bicyclic ring system; R5 means cycloalkyl, (C-C) -alkyl, substituted (C-C) -alkyl and X denotes a physiologically acceptable anion. Carbamates (I) are selective antagonists of the M receptor against the M receptor and can be used to treat urinary incontinence (especially if it is caused by overactivity of the bladder), irritable bowel syndrome and respiratory disorders (particularly chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, chronic bronchitis, asthma emphysema and rhinitis), as well as with ophthalmic interventions. The international search report was published on 2003.11.13.
