abstract | Salts of humic acids with a high yield of useful products are obtained by the liquid-phase oxidation of a mixture of an alkaline agent with ligno-containing vegetable raw materials, with a total solids content of 12–20% in continuous mode in two stages. The first stage - pre-oxidation is carried out at a temperature of 50-190 ° C and a pressure of 0.5-3 MPa with simultaneous treatment with an oxygen-containing gas to achieve a pH of 10.5-12, and the second is oxidation under the same conditions at a temperature of 170-200 ° C to achieve a pH of 8.5-10. As a ligno-containing plant material, a by-product of cellulose production by the sulphite method is used - concentrated solutions of lignosulfonate or lignin - a by-product of hydrolysis production, which is oxidized by air in a continuous process in two stages. For additional activation of the mixture of raw materials with alkali in the cavitation mode, use a circulation pump with an ejector that provides jet ejection of air. To reduce the pre-oxidation time, it is possible to carry out the first stage with hydrogen peroxide or by feeding raw materials with alkali directly into the pipeline before the ejector before mixing with the oxidizer.
