titleOfInvention | 4-, 5-, 6- and 7-INDOL DERIVATIVES, USEFUL IN THE TREATMENT OF DISEASES OF THE CENTRAL NERVOUS SYSTEM |
abstract | The present invention relates to 4-, 5-, 6- or 7-methyl-substituted indolyl derivative of formula (I), where the substituent R is aryl or heteroaryl, where said aryl or heteroaryl group may be substituted one or more times with substituents selected from atom hydrogen, halogen atom, cyano, nitro, C-alkyl, C-alkenyl, C-alkynyl, C-cycloalkyl, C-cycloalkyl-C-alkyl, C-alkoxy, C-alkylthio, hydroxy, hydroxy-C- alkyl, trifluoromethyl, trifluoromethylsulfonyl, C-alkylsulfonyl, amino-, C-alkylamino-, di- (C-alkyl) amino, acyl, aminocarbonyl, and methylenedioxy; X is N, C or CH; with the proviso that the dashed line indicates a bond when X is C, and no bond when X is N or CH; R4 is hydrogen, C-alkyl, C-alkenyl, C-alkynyl, C-cycloalkyl, C-cycloalkyl-C-alkyl, aryl, aryl-C-alkyl, acyl, thioacyl, C-alkylsulfonyl, trifluoromethylsulfonyl or arylsulfonyl; and the substituents R and R independently are selected from each other from a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a cyano, nitro, C-alkyl, C-alkenyl, C-alkynyl, C-cycloalkyl, C-cycloalkyl-C-alkyl, C-alkoxy, C -alkylthio, hydroxy, hydroxy-C-alkyl, trifluoromethyl, trifluoromethylsulfonyl, C-alkylsulfonyl, amino, C-alkylamino, di- (C-alkyl) amino, acyl and aminocarbonyl. The compounds of the invention are the selective ligands of dopamine D. The international application was published together with an international search report. |
