titleOfInvention NEW SOLID FORMS OF MEZOPROGESTINA-11β- [4E- (HYDROXYIMINOMETHYL) PHENYL] -17α-METHOXYMETHYL-17β-METHOXYESTRA-4,9-DIEN-3-IT
abstract The application describes new solid forms of mesoprogestin - 11β- [4E- (hydroxyiminomethyl) phenyl] -17α-methoxymethyl-17β-methoxyestra-4,9-diene-3-one (oxime J 867), first of all high-purity and stable amorphous highly crystalline form (in the form of ansolvate / anhydrate) of compound J 867, a method for producing such forms, as well as their use in pharmaceutical compositions. Such new solid forms are distinguished above all by their high stability. Solid forms of oxime J 867 can be used primarily to control reproductive capacity in women and for hormone replacement therapy. An international search report was published 2002.04.04.
