titleOfInvention PYRIDAZINILPHENYL HYDRAZONE APPLIED IN CONDITIONAL HEART FAILURE
abstract Therapeutically active compounds of formula (I), wherein each of R — R is hydrogen, alkyl, alkenyl, aryl, arylalkyl, carboxyalkyl, hydroxyalkyl or haloalkyl, or R 5 and R 5 form a cycle of 5-7 carbon atoms, each of R — R is hydrogen, alkyl, alkenyl , aryl, arylalkyl, acyl, hydroxy, alkoxy, alkoxycarbonyl, amino, acylamino, alkylamino, aryloxy, halogen, cyano, nitro, carboxy, alkylsulfonyl, sulfonamido or trifluoromethyl, where each of the above aryl residue, by itself or as part of another group, may be substituted and their pharma Scientifically acceptable salts and esters. The compounds increase the sensitivity to calcium of the contractile proteins of the myocardium and are therefore useful in the treatment of congestive heart failure. The international application was published together with an international search report.
