titleOfInvention | METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE EYE DRUGS OF LOCAL APPLICATION WITHOUT GENERAL ACTIONS |
abstract | For the treatment of eye diseases, various drugs are used. They are used in the form of topical preparations or in the form of generic preparations, taken orally or parenterally. Among topical preparations, some are used only topically, for example, framycetin, neomycin, loteprednola ebanoate, etc. However, the vast majority of topical ophthalmic drugs are also used for general action, for example, ciproflocacin, gentamicin, timolol, clonidine, dexamethasone, betamethasone, carbachol, and the like. Some of these drugs have also been found to have common effects when used topically, and, if they are serious in nature, this limits the use of this drug, for example, cardiopulmonary effects of such B-blocking agents as timolol. Dry mouth, rush of blood, fever, tachycardia, urinary retention, convulsive irritability with atropine. Hypertension with phenylephrine. Increased salivation, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, gastric spasm, bronchial discharge, bronchoconstriction, asthma, bradycardia, paresthesia with the means causing pupil constriction, hypotension with clonidine. Dry mouth, fatigue, and drowsiness with apraclonidine and brimonidine. The international search report was published on 2001.02.13. |
