titleOfInvention | PHARMACEUTICAL PREPARATIONS ON THE BASIS OF BIBAPZITIDA FOR VISUALIZATION AND TREATMENT OF THROMBES |
abstract | The invention relates to new precursor reagents used in the preparation of imaging agents derived from aptsitida. Imaging agents obtained using the precursor reagents of the invention are useful for detecting and diagnosing a blood clot in vivo. The precursor reagents of this invention can also be used in the manufacture of thrombolytic agents derived from apcitide. The presence of free carboxylate groups gives precursor reagents a higher solubility in the aquatic environment than that of bibapcytide. The international application was published along with an international search report. |
