titleOfInvention | METHOD OF OBTAINING 13C-UREA FROM 13CO2 |
abstract | The invention relates to a method for C-urea, which can be used in medicine when testing pathogenic bacteria Helicobacter pylori. The method consists in the fact that a solution of metal bis (trialkylsilyl) amide in an organic solvent is treated with C-carbon dioxide mainly in a stoichiometric ratio. The resulting C-bis (trialkylsilyl) carbodiimide is hydrolyzed with water, optionally in the presence of a solvent and an acid or base as a catalyst. The method allows to significantly simplify the process, make it ecologically safe, as well as to obtain a product with a good yield (~ 72%) and a high degree of purity that meets the requirements for urea preparations used in medicine. |
