abstract Pharmaceutical compositions are proposed containing as active ingredient a compound of formula (I) wherein R 'is a saturated alkyl containing from 3 to 5 carbon atoms, each R is independently —NO, or —NH, or —NH — CO — CH, and n = 1 or 2. Some of these compounds are new. A method for their preparation is also described, as well as an application in the manufacture of medicines for the treatment of diseases characterized by the gradual loss of central nervous system functions, such as Parkinson's or Alzheimer's disease. The international application was published along with an international search report.
