titleOfInvention COMPOSITION FOR THE TREATMENT OF DISEASES OF THE SPINE
abstract The invention of the composition relates to the healthcare industry, the pharmaceutical industry sector, in particular products for the treatment of diseases of the spine. The active component of the composition is Pyridoxine (B6), which plays an important role in the metabolism process, regulates protein metabolism with participation in the transport of amino acids through cell membranes, takes part in fat and lipid metabolism, and improves the absorption of unsaturated fatty acids. The secondary components are the extract of hardened milk juice of Pine Gum (Gummi), which belongs to the protective and reserve polysaccharides-galactomannans, which have the biological activity of the necessary macroelements, as well as the most important essential microelements, and an alcohol tincture of the resin, enriched with phytoncides and essential oils. The ingredients of the composition composition are taken in the following ratio, mg: pyridoxine (B6) - 2.0, polysaccharides-calcium, magnesium and potassium salts of macromolecular acids, consisting of hexose residues (D-galactose 2.58 and D-mannose 2.50), pentoses (L-arabinose 2.29 and D-xylose 2.12), methylpentose (L-rhamnose 2.12 and L-fucose 2.05) and uronic acids (D-glucuronic 1.04 and D-galacturonic 0.81), resinous colorless alcohol - 0.12, distilled water - 7.37, to obtain a 25 mg solution . For maximum regional deposition, the composition is introduced into the body by the optimal method of electrophoresis. It is pulsed currents that stimulate segmental structures of the spinal cord, including autonomic ganglia, enhance regional blood circulation and contribute to a deeper prolonged deposition of the elements of the composition.
