abstract | The method of separating the aldehyde and the second component from the initial stream (3a, 3b, 3c) containing the aldehyde and the second component, while this method includes stages in which the initial stream is fed into one or both tanks from among the first separation tank (1) operating at a first pressure, and a second separation tank (2) operating at a second pressure, said second pressure being greater than said first pressure; carry out the work of the specified first separation tank (1) and the specified second separation tank (2) so that they are separated; divert product stream (4) - aldehyde from the bottom or from a place near the bottom of the first separation tank (1), while the specified stream (4) of the product - aldehyde - is characterized by a higher concentration of aldehyde than in the original stream (3a, 3b, 3c ); diverting the stream (8) of the second component from the top or from a place near the top of the second separation tank (2), while the specified stream of the second component is characterized by a higher concentration of the second component than in the original stream (3a, 3b, 3c); divert the first recirculated stream (5, 6) from the top or from a place near the top of the first separation tank (1) and serve it to the second separation tank (2); and the second recirculated stream (9, 10) is removed from the bottom or from a place near the bottom of the second separation tank (2) and fed into the first separation tank (1). |
