Point changes in the nucleotide sequence of the 3'UTR of the vegf gene were revealed, which significantly increase the lifetime of its transcription product, mRNA, in mammalian cells. Experimentally selected gene construct with the optimal list of identified mutations, characterized by the longest lifetime of mRNA. The biological effect of the developed gene construct and pharmaceutical composition based on it in vitro and in vivo was confirmed. |
