abstract |
The invention provides an immunogenic multi-dose composition in the form of an oil-in-water emulsion containing several doses of an antigen and an effective preservative amount of a non-mercury preservative, which is a specially selected antimicrobial polyamide polymers and combinations thereof. The proposed composition does not contain a mercury preservative. The invention also provides a vial and a pre-filled delivery device containing an immunogenic multi-dose composition of the invention. |
