abstract The invention relates to compounds of a glucagon receptor agonist or their pharmaceutically acceptable salts, a method for the treatment of fatty liver in cattle, the use of these compounds for the treatment of fatty liver in a dairy cow, as well as a pharmaceutical composition containing these compounds. The proposed glucagon receptor agonists are characterized by modifications to the structure of native glucagon, carried out to selectively agonistic effect on the glucagon receptor for a longer period of time.
