titleOfInvention METHOD FOR PRODUCING CARBAMIDE PRODUCT
abstract A method for producing a urea product suitable for dilution with water to form an aqueous solution containing urea for use in a device for the reduction of nitrogen oxides NOx in the exhaust gases of internal combustion engines, also known as a liquid for cleaning diesel exhaust gases (DEF), or for use in denitrification systems (DeNOx) of steam from industrial furnaces. The method includes obtaining an aqueous urea solution from or after the extraction section during the production of urea. This solution, having a low content of impurities, is crystallized by flash evaporation at low pressure to obtain a product containing solid crystallized urea, which is a free-flowing powder containing less than 0.2 wt.% Water. This product is packaged under conditions to maintain the water content in the packaged product below 0.2 wt /%. The present invention can also be used in a method for increasing the productivity of an existing urea plant.
