abstract |
The present invention relates to the use of compound 1 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof for the treatment and prevention of non-small cell lung cancer fusion positive for SLC34A2-ROS1, CD74-ROS1 or FIG-ROS1, and for inhibiting or reversing the development of cancer mediated by ROS1 kinase, where the cancer is non-small cell lung cancer fusion positive for SLC34A2-ROS1, CD74-ROS1 or FIG-ROS1. In addition, the use of a pharmaceutical composition comprising compound 1 or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and a method for inhibiting or reversing the development of cancer mediated by ROS1 kinase are described. |
