The invention relates to a bispecific antibody that binds to human OX40 and human serum albumin containing a heavy chain comprising, in the sequence from the N-terminus, a first variable domain of a heavy chain (V1), a C1 domain and a second variable domain of a heavy chain (V2), and a light chain containing in sequence from the N-terminus the first variable domain of the light chain (V1), the C domain, and the second variable domain of the light chain (V2), where V1 and V1 form the first antigen-binding center that binds OX40, a V2 and V2 form a second antigen-binding center that binds serum albumin, as well as to a method of treatment or prevention with the help of this antibody, its use, as well as preparation using the proposed DNA, vectors and host cells. |
