abstract |
The invention relates to medicine, more specifically to means for detecting cancer of the prostate. A method is proposed for preparing DNA primers and probes for non-invasive diagnosis of prostate cancer by determining the level of PCA3 gene expression from genetic material from a patient’s urine sample. A set of primers and probes for non-invasive diagnosis of prostate cancer and a method for non-invasive diagnosis of prostate cancer using this kit are also provided. |
