titleOfInvention | HUMAN IMMUNO DEFICIENCY STRAIN I-TYPE IV748 SUBTYPE A FOR DIAGNOSTIC AND VACCINE DRUGS |
abstract | The invention relates to the field of virology and biotechnology and can be used to obtain diagnostic and experimental vaccine preparations. A new strain of the human immunodeficiency virus IV748 is described, isolated on the territory of the Russian Federation from a patient who did not receive ARV therapy; the route of infection is sexual (heterosexual contact). Belongs to the HIV subtype A variant, which is currently circulating in most of the Russian Federation. Genetic analysis of the nucleotide sequences of the reverse transcriptase gene, protease gene, and integrase gene, carried out using the AmpliSens HIV-Resist-Seq reagent kit, showed that this strain of the virus belongs to subtype A and does not contain resistance mutations to antiretroviral drugs. It has stable reproductive activity. The infectious titer is 6 lg TCD 50. It is proposed for use as a physiologically acceptable means for the effective and high-precision study of the antiviral effect of new generation chemotherapeutic agents and for the development of a vaccine. |
