A method of manufacturing a chemoresistor based on manganese oxide nanostructures within the framework of the electrochemical method involves the deposition of manganese oxide nanostructures from an aqueous electrolyte containing MnSO and NaNO on a dielectric substrate equipped with strip electrodes that act as a working electrode to which a constant electric potential is applied for a given time . The method allows the manufacture of a low cost chemistor operating at temperatures of 200-270 ° C, which is capable of detecting organic vapors at low (up to 1 ppm) concentrations. In the case of equipping the substrate with a set of strip electrodes in an amount of at least four, it is possible to form a multi-sensor line of a chemoresistive type, the vector signal of which, after processing by pattern recognition methods, allows selective discrimination of test gas mixtures.
