titleOfInvention | ORGANIC NANOMOLECULAR FUNCTIONAL SYSTEM |
abstract | The invention relates to the field of nanotechnology, and more particularly to organic nanomolecular functional systems capable of capturing nanomolecular objects in response to a controlled external action. An organic nanomolecular functional system containing a pair of oligomeric fragments and realizing a change in their position of the power block is proposed. As a pair of oligomeric fragments, take a pair of oligomeric polyphenylene fragments with a length of 10-40 monomer units connected to one end of the polyoxyethylene oligomer chain with a length of 3-5 units with the possibility of moving the other two free ends of each other relative to each other like tick-type mechanical levers, and the power unit is is an oligomeric fragment 3-10 nm long, which, in response to changes in external conditions, for example, pH and / or temperature, transfers from an elongated conformation to a compact V- or U-shaped one with the transfer of force to the free ends of oligomeric fragments for their movement and mechanical capture them nanoparticles. The use of short oligomers as power blocks (movers) in organic nanomolecular functional systems creates previously absent opportunities for the actual design of functional nanosystems of extremely small sizes, capable of operating in a controlled manner at the molecular level, for example, in medicine, and in areas where the use of known systems impossible. |
