abstract |
The invention relates to a precipitation-resistant aqueous composition for lysing fat cells by subcutaneous injection, consisting essentially of from about 0.5 to about 1% (w / v) sodium deoxycholate and a pharmaceutically acceptable excipient, wherein said composition has a pH of from about 8.1 to about 8.5. The invention also provides a method for lysing fat cells, comprising subcutaneous administration by injection of the composition, as well as using the composition for lysing fat cells by subcutaneous injection. |
