abstract |
The invention is based on the identification of a group of polyurethane block copolymers that are particularly suitable for use in pharmaceutical polymer drug-device complexes and which provide improved control of drug release. In particular, the proposed polymer complex drug-device containing a polyurethane block copolymer obtained by the joint interaction of poly (alkylene oxide); difunctional compounds; a difunctional isocyanate and optionally a block copolymer containing poly (alkylene oxide) blocks; and quinagolide as a pharmaceutically active agent. Drug-device complexes can be used in the treatment and / or prevention of endometriosis. |
