Methods of treating cancer include administering to a patient with cancer, the anti-CD38 antibody-attenuated IFN alpha-2b construct of human and lenalidomide or pomalidomide. Tumors that can be treated in accordance with these methods include tumors that contain CD-38 expressing tumor cells, including B-cell lymphoma, multiple myeloma, non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, chronic myelogenous leukemia, chronic lymphocytic leukemia, or acute lymphocytic leukemia. |
