| abstract |
The invention relates to a dosage unit containing ramipril or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and bisoprolol hemifumarate as active ingredients, wherein particles of said active ingredients are separated from each other in a dosage unit by means of at least one of the two said active ingredients being in the form of granules or coated briquettes and where the dosage unit is in the form of a tablet or capsule. The invention also relates to a method for producing said dosage unit, a method for treating hypertension using it, and also to the use of bisoprolol hemifumarate and ramipril or its salts to produce said dosage unit. The invention allows to obtain a dosage unit containing ramipril and bisoprolol hemifumarate as active ingredients, characterized by the stability of the active ingredients, bioavailability, equivalent bioavailability in case of simultaneous administration of two corresponding monocomposites, and dissolution profile that does not change during storage. |
