In addition, the application materials disclose the use of this monoclonal antibody and its fragments for diagnosing amyloidosis, in particular Alzheimer's disease, and related conditions, as well as for treating, preventing or slowing the development of amyloidosis, as well as the corresponding methods and kits used in them.
