titleOfInvention METHOD OF OBTAINING COMPLEX OF IRON (III) WITH N-ACETYL-PARTY KASEIN AND ITS APPLICATION IN PHARMACEUTICAL COMPOSITIONS
abstract The invention generally describes a new method for producing iron (II) complexes with N-acetyl-L-aspartin casein. The product that can be obtained by the method proposed in the present invention, can be safely used for the general population or for animals in the treatment of iron deficiency. The method proposed in the present invention involves the steps of (a) reacting casein with N-acetyl-L-aspartyl chloride to obtain N-acetyl-L-aspartyled casein, (b) following the reaction of N-acetyl-L-aspartinated casein with ferric chloride ( III) and (c) obtaining a complex of iron (III) with N-acetyl-L-aspartirovannym casein.
