titleOfInvention | OBTAINING OLEFINS IN THE METHANE TURNING PROCESS |
abstract | A method for producing olefins is proposed, in which fuel and oxygen are burned to produce a hot carrier fluid; introducing a hydrocarbon feed stream containing methane into a supersonic reactor; carry out the mixing of the specified carrier fluid with the specified flow of hydrocarbons in the mixing zone; carry out the pyrolysis of methane in a supersonic reactor with the formation of the exit stream from the reactor containing acetylene, as the first process stream; passing the effluent from the reactor to the first hydrocarbon conversion zone to form a second process stream containing the second hydrocarbon compound; and pass the second process stream to the second hydrocarbon conversion zone to form a third process stream containing C-Colefins; moreover, the first hydrocarbon conversion zone includes a hydrotreating zone, and the second hydrocarbon conversion zone includes an olefin conversion zone. |
