titleOfInvention | METHOD AND APPLICATION OF THE COMPOSITION FOR FIXING THE LOOSE SANDY LAYERS IN OIL AND GAS WELLS |
abstract | A method of compaction of solid particles in a well, where the method includes the following stages: introducing the composition into a sand formation, where the composition includes a curable non-aqueous homogeneous fluid, an initiator for thermally generating free radicals, an inhibitor of extension of viability due to stabilization of free radicals, and optionally an accelerator and optionally a filler, wherein said non-aqueous homogeneous liquid also contains at least a partially unsaturated prepolymer selected from the group with standing polyester and epoksivinilovogo ester, and at least one vinyl monomer or allilsoderzhaschy. After that, the introduction of an aqueous liquid, non-aqueous liquid or gas to restore the permeability of the reservoir and the curing of the composition by free radical polymerization in a sand formation at a temperature of from 0 to 150 ° C with the formation of a cured material, fixing a loose sandy formation. The composition, such as described in the first stage of this method, can also be widely used as a material for fixing loose sand formations without following the method described earlier. |
